This notice explains how Pulse Collective Studio FZ-LLC, trading as Pulse Collective, registered at Twin Towers, M1 Floor, Fujairah, United Arab Emirates, uses the personal information you share through this website.

What we collect

If you apply to join the Collective, we receive your name, your Instagram or TikTok handle, the worlds you're into and the communities you're part of. If you send a brand enquiry, we receive your name, email address, brand and message.

Why we use it

We use your details because you asked us to, to consider your application or to reply to your enquiry, and for nothing else.

How we use it

We use an application only to review it and, if you're a fit, to get in touch. We use a brand enquiry only to reply to it. We never sell your information or share it for marketing.

Who handles it

Our website is hosted by Vercel. When you send a form, it is processed on Vercel's servers in London and delivered to our inbox by Resend, an email service, from its servers in Ireland. Umera, the agency that built and looks after the website, can access these services to keep the site running. Our forms are also protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a check that confirms a real person is sending the form. To do this, Cloudflare receives technical details about your browser and connection, such as your IP address, but not what you type into the form. These providers only handle your details to run the site and deliver your message.

Cookies

This site stores one essential setting in your browser to remember your cookie choice. It uses no advertising or tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep applications and enquiries for up to 12 months, then delete them, unless you become a member or a client.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Message us on Instagram or email christina@pulse-studio.co and we'll take care of it.
